Soap’s Place offers onsite catering. Caterer Teresa Hardman has over twenty-five years experience and can customize a menu to fit your needs.
Cake services are offered by Teresa as well. Bride may choose from buttercream or Fondx. Options for grooms cakes are endless.
Tables, chairs, table cloths, chair covers, centerpieces, shepherds hooks, arches, and much more are available onsite.
Wedding night lodging is available for the bride and groom. Additional lodging is available prior night for 6 more guests.
Staff is provided to keep restrooms serviced, trash emptied, ect.
Staff will setup and take down all items we provide
Staff will cleanup facility and grounds following wedding, bride is only responsible for removal of decorations and personal items
Wedding coordinator is also provided for all weddings.
What to expect from the Wedding Coordinator:
Work with the bride and Teresa to develop menu the bride is happy with
Confirm menu by email with bride and Teresa after the consultation
Confirm cake selection
Make recommendations to the bride regarding vendors, time of wedding, table arrangement and placement, processional, alcohol serving and general tips to ensure the wedding goes smoothly
Develop a wedding day and reception timeline for bride based on her request and how she envisions the order of events
Make recommendations on the timeline based on her experience
Oversee the rehearsal with the assistance of the minister to ensure everyone is comfortable with their role for the wedding
Oversee wedding day:
Ensure all tables, chairs, and all items provided by Soap’s Place are setup on time
Ensure the decorators the bride has assigned are completing their task on time
Ensure all vendors are setup on time
Ensure the entire facility and grounds are setup and ready for wedding 3 hours prior to wedding
Be wedding day contact for vendors and decorators and assist them with any needs or requests so as not to bother the bride
Ensure all wedding party is present, dressed, and with boutonnières/ bouquets
Ensure all arrive guests are seated on time
Line up wedding party and parents/grandparents
Ensure wedding starts on time
Coordinate entry of bride so she is not seen too early
Implement established timeline for reception, including entry of bride and groom, toast, cake cutting, specials dances, ect.
